3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work product created during engagements remains the property of the client upon full payment. træct.dev retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed per engagement. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with Dutch law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, træct.dev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
